Thank you for choosing Code Beauty. It is a privilege to assist you on your skincare journey. I encourage you to read our policy thoroughly. This will ensure that we will have the best experience possible.

THIS IS HOW WE WILL COMMUNICATE. Reminders, forms, and promos will be sent via Vagaro through text and email. Please be sure that your phone number and address is up to date in the Vagaro app. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

No Cashapp. Cash, debit and credit is accepted.
 

NEW CLIENTS

All services are customizable for all skin types and concerns. All services begin with a consultation and end with a home care plan or home care plan adjustment. Modalities used during each session will vary based on concerns, contraindications and availability.

The two best options for you to choose from are The Code and The Code Dermaplaning Edition. Please read each option thoroughly to understand the service that you will be receiving. If you are interested in any of the advance treatments please discuss this with your service provider.

 

SKIN BLEACHING AND AT HOME CHEMICAL PEELS

No advance treatments will be provided to those that are using at home peels or bleaching treatments not provided by a physician. This products must be discontinued for a minimum of 3 months and further advancement will be determined solely by your service provider.

 

PREPARATION

Avoid facial hair removal and the use of non-prescription retinoids and exfoliants at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

Consider booking hair, lash, brow, and facial hair removal services before your facial appointment in the event that significant downtime may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

No call no show and same day cancellations will result in being banned from future bookings.



TARDY POLICY

There is no fee for being late at this time. If you are late your service will still end at it’s scheduled time. If you are 15 minutes late and there has been no communication with your service provider you will be considered a no call no show. We schedule strictly off of appointment times. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
